iNails Bar & Spa in Brownsburg, IN

My Mom and I went for a little girls day before Christmas. Scheduled our appointment in the morning for afternoon and no problems. It was nice to just relax for a bit. We both got dipped manis and pedis. A little expensive compared to other salons in the area but they did a great job!  Got the shape of my nails just right and no burning or clipping cuticles too close by accident.

Went to iNails for the second time today for a full set and pedicure. First visit for an acrylic fill was pleasant, nothing out of the ordinary. Today's visit was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long while.

Other reviews do hold true, as this location does not seem to honor appointments. I called the day before for a 1pm appointment with Katie (who I thought I had the first time after asking the gentleman on the phone for the woman who sits in the first station on the right when walking into the salon)

Walked in today and was escorted to a pedicure chair by a man (who was clearly not the woman I asked for). It started out pleasant, I was asked which pedicure I wanted and went with the classic. I was extremely disappointed when the entire pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes. The description promised a callus removal treatment that ultimately ended up being rubbing a very used pumice stone on only my right heel. The experience was not at all enjoyable, as it seemed pretty rushed.

I was then escorted to a manicure table, where I reminded the gentleman that I had an appointment with Katie. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her to finish another customer.

Finally got started and after 10 minutes, she disappeared for a bit. Finally got back and went through the process of a full set. Long story short, I asked for coffin nails- got square. (Asked her to make them more coffin and she said she wasn't' finished So I stopped talking the rest of the time and let her do her job.) She used a very used nail file on my nails, and after shaping the nails, went directly into paining them without having my hands washed to be sure the acrylic dust was completely gone. I was cut twice while my nails were buffed and the acrylics sit well over my nail bed.

Safe to say I feel like I just flushed $100 down the drain and do not plan on returning.

Wow, what a rip off. We spent $229 for a rush job. My baby toe barely have polish on it. We where charged $57 for a basic manicure. And no one understands or know how to explain anything to you. I will never go back to this place again.

I do really like this place. I think they do a really good job! BUT their samples for gel/dip colors are COMPLETELY off. I understand it not looking identical but on two separate occasions I have chosen a color and when they put it on my nails, it is completely different. They clearly need to redo their display samples because they are not accurate at all.

Definitely the best nail salon in Brownsburg...especially if you are wanting dipped nails and a nice shape. Tamee did an amazing job on my nails  and gave me exactly what I wanted. Cost wise, it was about the same as anywhere else. It was worth the little extra $$. You definitely pay for quality.
