Dirty set up - when was the last time this place was cleaned? Dust all over and unfinished remodeling that has been that way for months.
I love this full service salon. I followed Leah here, she's been cutting my hair for years. She does great work with coloring too. Leah also is accomplished at men's cut. My husband also has Leah cut his hair. Leah does facials, manicures and pedicures, all at reasonable prices, so you can get the full spa day like me, and walk out of Image By Designs feeling like a new person.
I have been a happy customer at Image by Design for several years now and couldn't be happier. Lori the owner does my hair and has never led me wrong. My first visit to her was to have my waist length hair cut to a more manageable length and I wanted a big change. I had no idea what I really wanted so I gave myself over to her expertise and she and I together decided on a new style which would compliment my face shape, the type of hair I have, and a correction to my own coloring attempt. To say the least when I came home that day I wasn't sure what the opinions would be but I was complimented by everyone who saw the new hair style and color. Lori and her staff are always very friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. When you walk in you feel like a friend right away. I recommend Image by Design salon if you really want quality service and the BEST customer service!!!
This salon is great! Tianna was my hair stylist and she did a wonderful job on my hair I love it! She gave me great highlights. I'm going gray and she highlighted the darker hair and did a wonderful job. I have getting compliments on how great my hair looks. If you are going gray go to her she does a great job. Very professional knows what she is doing in fact she made me look younger I'm 44 and people think that I'm in my 30's no joke I love her and will be going back to her.
