I Love nails in Dayton, TN

I went to I love nails two months ago and got a manicure and pedicure. The owner put acrylic on my two toe nails and today I went down there so she could take them off after work. She told me to have a seat and the man would be with me after he finished a manicure. 50 mins later he had already started on a walk-in that came in with no appointment either. I got up and got my belongings and left. The owner said I'm sorry in a snarky voice. I told her no you are not that is bad business. I will NEVER step foot in that salon again or let anyone I care about EVER have to experience what I went through. I told her how much pain I was in and needed her help. They are not friendly, they do not care and they are money hungry.

First, I called ahead of time to ask prices, because last time I brought my daughter here the price changed three times before she got her set of acrylics, so on the phone I was told $35 for a set with regular polish and $45 for gel, well when we arrived I asked to pay before the service, we'll here we go again, the price is now $45 with just regular polish for the tip, and they tried to get me not to pay till afterwards, nope I'll pay first, why I have this place a second chance I'll never know, the service is horrible and the staff is very rude, the quality of work isn't worth 50 cents, lesson learned NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I moved to this area last summer. Since moving I've had a hard time finding a nail salon that does great work. I finally found a place, I love nails does amazing work. Friendly environment, beautiful nails, and clean environment. Thank you for great service, i will definitely be back.

The young lady and man that did my nails were amazing. At the end the owner yelled at me in front of everyone multiple times about my cuticles being dry and how terrible I was. Then as I go to check out once again screamed at me about not accepts cards and why would I go to a place without cash when their Facebook and signs in the store state they accept all cards other then Amex. When I pressed she said she can process cards but will charge me a fee. By the time I left I was in tears after being yelled at extensive in front of a room full of people. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life

Went with friends and had a full set with gel done. Noticed the very next day a few of the nails had bubbles in them. One of the bubbles popped today and uncured gel stated to come out of it. Personally, I don't think the result of these nails were worth the price I paid.
