Suleka has been doing a brilliant job caring for my hair for years. She knows how to keep it healthy, soft, and beautiful. Her new location is great!

I literally have never even talked to her, can't make an appointment and she won't refund me. I just wanted to get my hair done. That was too much to ask. You think you're getting a salon. You're really just getting 1 person. Impossible to get ahold of or to get an appointment. I had an appointment and had to cancel because I wound up having to get emergency surgery to remove an organ and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. When I tried to reschedule, it took days for her to get back. When She finally did get in touch, she just said she didn't want to provide services to me cause I was too annoying. Most people when they hear what I have been through have been very kind and helpful. This lady made me jump through hoops at this awful time in my life. Even if I hadn't received Groupon credit, I wouldn't let this psycho anywhere near my head. Also, don't buy any products she tries to sell you. They are awful.

Shanaka just gave me an awesome men's cut. Love the environment of his salon. Comfortable. Appreciate the beverage bar and welcoming receptionist. Shanaka continues to give me great service. Scalp massage was a pleasant surprise. I'll continue to return regularly.

Suleka is amazing with my hair! I have gone through everything with her from cuts, to styling, to bleaching and dyeing. I have very dark Asian hair and never have I once had a bad experience with bleach. She's cut my hair phenomenally. She have me an amazing short cut that perfectly suits me, which no other stylist has been able to do. She's friendly, hospitable, and an expert at what she does. All I can say is: GO TO THIS SALON!

I had initially booked an appointment with Premier 818 Signature Salon, but a few minutes before my appointment, Erica called and asked if she could give me to someone else because she was running behind. I said OK. I wish she had informed me that giving me to someone else was going to lead to me getting charged double what I'd initially signed up for. Suleka was very friendly and she seems knowledgeable about hair, but there were a few issues. First: She wanted to style my hair. I told her I did not want my hair styled. She insisted, saying she had a product that I was sure to love. Eventually she saw that I was on the verge of tears (I HATE having my hair styled) and stopped pushing. Second: A few weeks later, I realized that one lock of hair of my long, straight hair is about an inch longer than all the others. It seems like she's knowledgeable about styling and color, but I would recommend going somewhere else if you're planning to get a haircut.
