I have been coming here for years and will not go anywhere else. I come from Riverside now. No one does my eyebrows better. Karen is friendly and knowledgeable.

This has been the only place I go to for YEARS! I started to get my eyebrows threaded my freshmen year of high school and im almost 22 and still go here. Karen is someone I recommend 100%, not only is she kind but, she truly knows what she is doing and shows lots of love and passion towards her job. I moved to Redlands over a year ago and I continue to drive all the way here because Karen has been the only person who knows how to shape my eyebrows perfectly! I have very bushy and hairy eyebrows that grow full within 3 weeks and Karen always does an AMAZING job at shaping them. I totally recommend you go and do your eyebrows with Karen! You will love her work and her personality! She's wonderful

DO NOT come here to get your hair dyed by Maria. I honestly don't know why she has a hair license because she does not know how to properly dye hair. She messed up my hair, and my sisters hair. She's very rough and left my neck sore from how much she's tug on my head. Not only that, I could hear my hair breaking from how much she'd pull it. Worst experience ever!!!

I went to get my hair dyed by Maria and I wanted babylight and balayage. I specifically asked her if she would be able to do it (because i know it's a hard task) and she said she could. i specifically told her what i wanted and how low i wanted the bleach to start. It was honestly the worst experience ever. She used the teasing method and almost pulled out all my hair. SHE IS SO ROUGH!! She kept saying sorry for pulling but "this is just the process". 3 hours later my head was literally matted and I had knots all over my scalp (see pic) She literally gave me a brush & i had to HELP HER UNTANGLE MY POOR HAIR. by the end my hair was #1 terribly bleached (with no protection) #2 broken and brittle from all the teasing and untangling #3 completely burnt from all the heat she applied afterwards to style (again with no heat protection). I was so frustrated because I didn't get what I wanted at all. The next morning my scalp was literally sore and my once beautiful, healthy long hair was so damaged and dead. I asked if i could come in and get it fixed & she said she was on vacation and couldn't fit me in. So i asked for a refund and she never replied to me. Honestly worst experience ever. She needs to be cancelled as a hair stylist ASAP.

Karin-she is great, great service , take all of my 3 daughters here and always get the best quality done done by what I ask for. One of the best professional areas in the inland empire.
