My son had a great haircut experience with Mrs. Jackie. She was so kind and fun, and it's the best haircut he's ever had. We will definitely be going back to her for his future cuts!
Overpriced for just a haircut. My hair is already short too. They didn't even do the style I wanted. They kept telling me that my hair was too thick and curly and it won't turn out exactly like what I asked for. I showed them a picture of myself with the exact same hairstyle that I wanted and they still told me it won't turn out exactly the same. I told them it was fine. Just cut it and style as close as they can. They didn't come remotely close at all. I wanted a pixie cut but I left with a mullet. Don't waste your money here.
So I booked a last min appt because my hair was lifeless.. DEAD AS DEAD CAN GET and I refused to start the year off with it. Well, I got paired with Maurice and let me tell you.. he brought my hair back to life.. Perfect way to start off the new year, I'm feeling brand new! I regret not taking a before and after picture..
This was my first salon experience, went in for a balayage from Donald (who accommodated me as well as his manager). Donald not only exceeded my customer service expectations he exceeded my expectations when it came to my hair. I went in not expecting to much due to my hair not being fully repaired from previous hair damage but he was able to work his hair magic. He is very professional and amazing at what he does. Completely recommend him for your salon service needs at this location.
