All the Employees are customer centered and compassionate. I enjoy the Hot Nail experience. Additionally, the prices are reasonable.
They always do a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure, the people are so friendly and spend so much time pampering me. I always enjoy my time there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having there nails done.
We had a horrible experience at Neon Nails and saw Hot nails around the corner, they took 3 of us for pedicures and 1 manicure without an appointment and no wait. They were wonderful. They even performed the manicure at the the pedicure station. In addition, they did a wonderful job with an eyebrow wax. It is great to get all of the necessities in one place with GREAT service. Lived here for about 3 years now and have struggled to find a place to get a mani pedi and feel like I didn't pay my mortgage...coming from the west coast it's hard to believe the costs ...does a nice job got the price and they are fair; easy to get in and very welcoming over the years
Went to get acrylics off and just gel polish on. As soon as I sit down the tech begins ripping off my nails without soaking them first. It hurt so bad because he was ripping off my real nails with it. Such a painful experience I had to tell him to stop and left. If I would have stayed he would have applied gel polish over the areas that were bleeding in my nail bed and it could have caused infection. Then he told me it was my fault because my nails were "thin". Worst experience ever, I will not be returning and urge others to go elsewhere. My nails are completely ruined and there's no way I can get them done anytime soon
