Honey Nail & Beauty Studio in Hamden, CT

The experience was not good at all.  I had close to an half hour wait, and that is oaky because things happen.  The technician thought that she had no customers after her last one and expressed that.  I had never experienced a technician doing two nails on one hand and then two on another which proceeded like that during the whole appointment. in which the technician was also consistently on the phone.  The end of the story was, I paid what was asked, remained polite even though I could see that the application was bumpy and lumpy and not evenly applied.  The next morning the polish was literally peeling off.   I was looking for a place that I could go to regularly after having previous bad experiences, plus I wanted to be a  supporter.  I might have not written a bad review, but having left a voice mail and a text with no response, I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

A beautiful oasis in Hamden offers a spa experience that you will thouroughly enjoy! I was greeted upon arrival by the professionals working in the space. One of them was the owner. The other person Vivian offered us a beverage before she prepared the pedicure area for me. The pampering session was fantastic! Great conversation and care. I love nail technicians that can take good care of my natural nails. I will return to spend my money at Honey!

Truly as good as it gets! She is a truly professional artist that makes you feel at home instantly. Once you start going to her, you'll be a client forever. I've literally traveled states just to get my nails done by her and won't let anyone touch my hands unless my nails are in dire need of repair. She's always booked and busy but makes sure she can remain flexible and accommodating to her clientele. The salon has such a great vibe that Jasmin's presence only adds to! Whether you want a simple polish or intricate design, she can do it all and never disappoints. You'll leave the salon feeling like a newer, more beautiful person after her work is done! Highly highly highly recommend!!!!!

I am a fairly new customer (about 8 months now) and I knew from my first manicure set with Honey Dipped Nail Designs that I would be hooked. Jasmine was so pleasant and professional, and the ambiance of the salon and her work space offered the comforts of a chic day spa. Each appointment she executes whatever idea I present to her and adds her own artistic hand painted twists on all the designs she does for me. When I leave the salon I always try to make sure I have plans immediately following, so that right away I can show off my fresh new popping nails!!
