Not good. Had a pedicure, very sloppy. And very pushy,
The quality of the polish was poor being thinned many times.
Not impressed at all!

I came back after getting home and looked at how bad my polish was done. I was talking with the manager and asked if she could fix it since she didn't have a customer. She says no wait on the lady who did it. I told her I was at lunch and she gets up and goes outside so she wouldn't have to help me. Once this is fixed I won't be back. Poor poor customer service

Me and 3 other friends made an appointment on a MONDAY at 1:30 for manicures. I kid you not we did not leave the salon till 5. They only had two workers working and we each had to go one at a time. The workers were very rude. I got acrylics with dip and the shape of them were atrocious, and the color I picked out was completely different from the one I got. I also got no cuticle care/hand soaking whatsoever because of how much of a hurry the lady was to get off work by the time she got to me. This place used to be the best spot to get manicures and pedicures, and it must be because of covid that the service has really gone downhill. Sad

I got a pedi and a dip full set. My full set is lumpy and entirely too thick. I started with one tech on my toes and once this Caucasian family got there I was transferred to another nail tech with warm towel on my legs.. just one, and it grew very cold. But my toe nails turned out cute

Used to be great but has drastically declined. Pedicures are brief and painful. Was talked into dip nails, and the color that I chose was nothing close to what I received. During my manicure, I was juggled between 2 desks and 3 workers. Left bleeding from numerous cuts. After pointing out the color was not the same (I didn't worry about asking for a redo because I didn't want to stay any longer than necessary) and the girl continuously blotting my cuts with alcohol on a dirty towel, I asked if I could have an extra clear coat since the color was dull; she said no because it is prices for only 2 coats. Finally when I was waiting for the final coat to dry, I noticed that one of my nails was messed up, but again, I did not want to be there any longer than I had to do I didn't say anything. However, when the girl returned she noticed and insisted that it was my fault and that I must have touched it, and she proceeds to file it down and redo that nail. Even if I would have liked the color that I ended up with, they were extremely messy and looked terrible. Repainted myself the next day, and when I was finally able to get the dip off, my nails were ruined.  All around awful experience and will never return or recommend.
