S & S Nail Salon in Shreveport, LA

Very rude!! Don't like to do what you ask them to do to your nails! One of the guys did not want to cut my nails down before putting fake nails on my hands! They get mad and love to talk in their language!! I will never ever return here if they were the last place in Shreveport doing nails!Unprofessional service!! Not worth the time or money!! They do a crappy job, and always try to rush through the services!!! I do not recommend this place!!

the atmosphere and the people were great, very kind. But...I hate my nails. So much. It looks like something I could have done at home by myself. I'm very sad and upset that I paid $35 for what I got. I could cry.

Firstly I waited for 30 minutes and the when they finally came to start on my nails he rudely kept ask what color I wanted after I told many times I would pick after he was finished then he tried to over charge me and when I told him wasn't paying he rudely said well you can go somewhere else so I will not be going there again I want to give y'all a 0 but I can't

My boyfriend and I love to get pedicures! We would go to this place because it was by the house, and they had great prices. When it was our turn to get our feet done, the young girl told me in a demanding voice "no you're here, I'm doing yours." I thought ok and didn't say anything. The lady is half way through my pedicure and is telling an older gentleman in "their language" to do my boyfriends pedicure. They start arguing in front of customers and he doesn't do them!! My lady tries to tell another lady, and every employee there made it seem like it was a huge deal! (His feet are not bad at all, it's because he was a guy is why nobody wanted to do his pedicure!)
The only person who didn't make it a big deal was a lady WE KNEW!! When she started on his feet the little boy working next to her starting laughing! Now the boyfriend saw that! That pissed him off! We didn't see his mom there or else we would've told her this ourselves! The lady that ended up doing my boyfriends pedicure she was super polite and super sweet. Come to find out we know her husband too! I wish all the employees there were like this sweet lady! ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME!!

I would give zero stars.. barely got a hello upon walking in.. no air conditioning.. depressed looking staff.. Wish I would have read the review s.. since they appeared depressed and didn't even bother looking happy that I was there...I left.. only after seeing that they love the nurses that are their regulars.. and they greet warmly.. which is not a problem.. but makes you feel unwelcome. I opted not to spend my money here with people who don't give a damn.. and apparently look at you funny if you're not there in scrubs.. wouldn't spend a dime in this place. Apparently I don't look like I have enough money to get my nails done in this depressing nail salon.
