Holiday Hair in Willow Street, PA

The Holiday Hair I normally go to was closed for renovation. This was 9/29. The only Holiday Hair I could get a appointment at was Willow Street. Unfortunately I also got the worst haircut I have ever had. The "stylist" had absolutely no idea what she was doing. The hair on my left side is much longer then the hair on the right where my ear is nearly totally cut out. The back of my hair is anywhere from one half inch to two inches in the same row. It looks like a 3 year old had a pair of scissors and just "went for it". I don't know if anyone is capable of "fixing" it but I would hope someone from the salon would contact me.

Had appt for hair color for over week. Got up early at 6:30 to go to work so I would make my appt time. Got there and held door open for older woman who had an appt and was taken right back. I went to check in and said I had an appointment and was told to sit down. 3or 4'stylists on duty. No one said anything to me as I sat there for 20 min. A person came in off the street without an appointment and was taken right back. That was when I asked who was scheduled to do my color- they indicated the stylist that was doing the older lady I had come in at the same time. Again I sat- no one made any attempt to explain anything or even say hi! I got up and walked out. Either the stylist was double booked or something! Why did the stylist who took the person off the street without and appointment do my hair. I am pretty easy going but this just cut me to the core. I might as well as been a turd on the floor!

I've been going to Stephanie for years now. She is always accommodating when you describe what it is that you would like. She's very friendly & always in a pleasant mood. I've never gotten a bad cut from her. The salon is clean, staff is friendly & I would hate to have to go anywhere else.

I love Jackie! I went to the same hairstylist all of my adult life that I loved her but it was expensive. I started taking my girls here to get their haircut and Jackie asked if I wanted a cut one day. I won't lie, I was nervous but have been going to her for several years now for cut and color. She does a great job!

My 1st time here I had an 8 am appt w/Carol. I sat and waited for her to finish whatever she was doing in their backroom (she knew I was waiting) and then had to wait for her to take care of her own hair before taking me. She stood in front of a mirror and played with her hair before emptying a crazy amount of hairspray on her head. When SHE was ready, she called me over. That appt actually started at 8:07. I get that an appointment would run a bit late but, come on, you're late because you have to finish getting ready for the day?? Wow. My 2nd appt with Carol was for today at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:55, gave my name and who I was there to see and was told Carol would be with me in a moment. I spotted Carol at one of the sinks rinsing it. Carol knew I had arrived but didn't acknowledge me. A few minutes past 1:00, Carol walked over to another woman with wet hair and said "are we doing the usual today?". Uh, what? I waited until 1:07 and asked Carol if my appointment was for 1 or 1:15 and she said "oh, it was for 1 but I'm running late. I'm trying to catch up". She knew I was there but couldn't have been bothered to mention to me that my appt would be pushed back 20-30 mins. I told her I had to cancel and would re-schedule. A decent stylist/salon would have called clients to let them know they were running 15-30 minutes behind. Carol/this salon couldn't have been bothered. Horrible customer service!!! You get what you pay for. I find someplace else that respects a clients day and their schedule.
