Be Careful, They are very Tricky!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL and NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! I would rate them negatively but unfortunately, one is the minimum to choose! They made an appointment for me 2 days ago for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. Today, when I went there, I asked her what product are you using? I wanted to know if that is for straightening or smoothing and how long it lasts. She said we use Keratin Complex, then I asked her can I see it to read the label for the length of the result, and she came back after 10 minutes with another brand and said we only have this one which is for Blond hair and we ran out of the ones for dark hairs ( my hair is Black). This one was not Keratin Complex too and she could tell me 2 days ago over the phone or earlier when I arrived there! I drove for 40 minutes to get there and came back without receiving the service and they also fooled me!!! If I were not curious about the type of product I don't know what would they use for me.
I too went in with a group on coupon. I've been very I'll throughout the pandemic and this was my first professional cut and color. I'm very happy with it. I knew I wanted something bright and fun. This fits the bill perfect.
First of all I had an appointment for 12:30, waited for 30 minutes before someone came to assist. I had full color and deep conditioning. I asked to get my hair straight with the flat iron. When we got to the register to pay I was charged $15 extra because she used the flat iron to straighten my hair!. I have never in my life got charge for straightening my hair with A flat iron! That should always be part of any service when getting a haircut or color in any salons that I've been to. I think I just got scamme. Never coming back again.
They are very very sweet but sadly their timing is off by hours. Keratin treatment did not come out as expected
I made an appointment and arrived 2 minutes early. The two women were busy with others and basically ignored me. After 10 minutes I asked about my appointment. The woman said I'd have to wait 30 minutes or so. I had errands, so I asked if she would be done in 45 minutes. She's said come back then. I came back and she was still doing someone's hair and told me I had to wait. By this time I am rather irritated, considering I'd actually made an appointment. I asked her how long and she ignored me. I said excuse me could she answer. Her response was if I had gotten a Groupon to just get my money back. I have never dealt with such a rude business owner. I am surprised she is in business.
