Holiday Hair Salon in Altoona, PA

I scheduled ahead of time for grandson and myself. When I got there she cut my hair and never wash and styled it and the same for my grandson. Both of us were scheduled for one hour each and both of us were done is less than a half hour. I was charged 52 dollars for the services, I have never been to salon that never washed and fixed your hair. I will never return again, shame on you Holiday Hair in the Logan town center

I went for a wash and dry. My long hair when washed turned into a tangled mess. The stylist went to use a de-tangler spray on my ends, (she called it a leave-in conditioner) and the sprayer on the bottle wouldn't work. She unscrewed the top and using the sprayer tube, proceeded to wipe the tube through my hair. Then, she poured the balance of the bottle contents into the palm of her hands and put it into my hair. (It filled up the palm of her hand!) She then started to comb my hair, which was still very tangled. She resorted to a brush, and then started to dry it. She never turned the chair as she was drying my hair, so when she went to my left side, the dryer cord was in my face, across the top of my head. 45 minutes later, what I ended up with was hair, including my roots that were weighed down with "leave-in" conditioner and my whole head of hair looks greasy.

Love the stylists there. After moving from Boston to here, I was worried about losing my stylist. Lisa, April, Tina, and Ariel (sorry if I forgot anyone), do color, cut and style just like I never left Boston. Thank you all for the great job you do for me and my mother too.

Two consecutive haircuts and she messed it up both times. The first she had to get the lady next to her to finish the job(I have never seen that in my whole life). I called and got refunded with a gift card in the mail. The second time (today) I noticed how bad it was when I got home. I did not call because I never plan to go back. By the way it was the same lady both times and she is located in the VERY BACK LEFT of the store. She has a horrible personality also and I regret giving her a tip because she along with many others do not deserve the tips they receive. I do not recommend this place but if you are to go there Lisa does a very good job.
