Girl took 2 inches off my hair when I asked for 5. She didn't let me see the back of it with a mirror or anything, she didn't wet my hair, or part it in the middle, she just started chopping and it was so uneven. I had to go to great clips and get it re done. Yeah never agiain.

Good Morning Got My Hair Cut From Stylist Jordon Who Has A Bad Way About Her Not Very Nice. Yet She Does Good On The Hair Went On Wednesday The 4th September Each Time I Go I Always Bring In A Coupon That Is Emailed To Me From Fiesta I Was Told I Could Copy It Off The Computer If I Didn't Have A Printer And Bring It In. Jordon Wouldn't Honor The Coupon Because The Discount Code Stated Invalid. Which To My Knowledge She Didn't Even Try It Again Yet She Still Gave Me The 3.00 Off The Hair Cut. Please Honor The Coupon Never Had A Problem With It Until Now. Every Hair Stylist Has Gave Me The Credit Off The Coupon I Had Stated This On The Survey. Jordon Please Be More Kind To Us Clients Okay? Thank You Praying For You All .

It is what you would expect from a discount salon. We've had mostly good luck here, though recently it seems like the prices are getting almost as high as some of the more "designer" salons in Chillicothe. You can get a good basic cut and style Here as long as you're very clear and descriptive about what you want.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Fiesta salon anywhere. I paid extra for the wash, dry and straighten along with the cut. At Fiesta, it's usually worth it. During the blow drying the stylist was so rough with the brush I thought my scalp would start bleeding. Then, she made a half an attempt to straighten my hair and them she cut it. When she was done I noticed it was still quite wavy. I asked for it to be straighter, she made another half-attempt and basically told me it wouldn't straighten with the style I had asked for. Really? I've had this head of hair for 24 years and had the style since last year. It might be a pain to straighten but I paid for the service and I know for a fact it will go pin straight. Thinking it looked alright, I paid and left. By the time I was done running errands my hair had gone back to being as curly as before it was "styled". It stays straight when done right. So I straightened it myself only to find the cut is lopsided. I waited until right before my brother and sister-in-laws baby shower so my hair would be nice. Apparently I went to the wrong place. Rude people, messed up hair and $30 wasted. Won't have time to get it fixed before the shower and VERY unhappy about that. I'll be going somewhere else to have it fixed. I will never step foot in this salon again and I'll make sure none of my family and friends do, either.
