This barber shop is lucky their even getting a star this is so over priced and is a horrible place. I WOULD TELL YOU IF YOU WANT TO MESS UP YOUR HAIR, make SURE TO GO HERE.

So I managed to mess up my hair doing a box color four days before my wedding. I called Fiesta Salons in the afternoon to ask about color correction; I explained my situation, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of the urgency of the situation. I wasn't expecting to be able to get in until at least Thursday from my experience with other salons, but she scheduled me for an appointment the same evening with Adele. She was so sweet and very personable. She knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my box color mishap, and it looks amazing! She took me from a weird yellow/green to a beautiful champagne blonde. I'm very happy with the color and service. Will definitely be going back.

I'm a balding guy, so a haircut for me takes about three minutes with the clippers. It's so easy that I usually cut my own hair at home, but it was my birthday and I decided to treat myself by getting it cut by a "professional". The barber I've seen in the past was booked for the next few days, so I had to find another option and chose Fiesta. I walk in and they seemed pretty busy. I asked how long it would be without an appointment. The lady, I assumed to be the manager, looked at the cashier and said "you can take this walk-in right?"The cashier looked surprised by her question and reluctantly said she would cut my hair. I thought this was extremely strange, but I figured "who could screw up such an easy haircut?" and took my chances without questioning anything. Within 10 seconds red flags were flying everywhere, telling me that this may be the first time this "professional" had ever cut a paying customer's hair. 1) she didn't know which clippers to use. 2) she thought a #4 guard was a #1/2 guard that I requested. 3) she was scared to touch the guard to my head. So, the guard hovered over my skull, barely clipping any hair at all and making it more uneven than when I walked inside. 4) she used a beard trimmer to cut the top of my head, which is usually cut by the clippers with a #1 guard. When she was done, I look at the mirror with shock and said "Ma'am, I see a lot of long hairs that you missed." She said "Oh, you're right" and attempted to fix it. When she said she was done "fixing it", I just bit my tongue, paid the $17 (my barber is half the price) and walked out with the intention of just fixing it myself when I got home. While walking to my car, I felt some VERY large patches of longer hair. I typically never complain, but at this point I was losing patience. I walked back in and ask politely for the lady to go over it once more with the clippers. The lady agreed and sat me back in her chair and began attempting to fix her mistakes. After a couple minutes, the manager walked by and said "Oh wow! You missed a lot of spots. Don't you see all of these patches?" The manager may have seen the look of irritation on my face, because she told the lady to watch as the manager fixed my haircut. After about three minutes of using my head as a teaching tool, my hair looked much better. In the end, I'm happy that the manager fixed the problem; however, that girl had no business trying to cut a paying customer's hair. And the manager was the one that put her in that position to fail. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I had an appointment today with Tracy to get a color and cut.... She took her time and was so pleasant I would recommend these girls in this shop to everyone! I was very pleased with the way my hair turned out and I am very picky about who does my hair.... Tracy has now moved on to Bei Capellini in canal Winchester! I still continue to follow her wherever she goes Plus family

Thanks to the two other Yelpers who recommended Fiesta Salons. Firstly, my telephone call to the salon was answered by a very friendly voice and the person very efficiently made an appointment for me the same day with Tracy, the manager. I arrived on the dot for my appointment and was told by Tracy that she was just going to do another lady's cut first! So I waited 25-30 minutes for my appointment. On this occasion it was not a big deal as I went to get a coffee, but usually if I make an appointment I would expect to be seen at that time and not told that someone else was going to be seen ahead of me. Finally, Tracy listened to my requirements for some partial highlights and a haircut. The highlights were done to exactly match my existing color, so I was VERY happy. The cut was done with great expertise and indeed Tracy told me she had been in the business for many years. The entire time I was at the salon I felt very comfortable. The salon was clean and had lots of space, and Tracy and the other stylists were friendly and at ease. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return!
