Glad to have this local shop as an alternative to driving down the hill to get a haircut. Walk-ins only, they don't take appointments. Was able to get in right away, with no wait on a weekday after work. Was a little caught off guard by the cash only signs everywhere, fortunately, I had some cash on me. I got a good haircut and for half the price of most chain barbers in the Denver metro. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a quick, no-bs experience.
Decided to find a new barber, since going down the hill wasn't fun anymore. High County Barber has a convenient location, old school vibes, reasonable prices and quick service.

-Great cut - I looked like a homeless man before I came in, showed Debbie a picture of my past self and she transformed me into a new person.
-Reasonable prices - Haircut and a beard trim was $22, they are cash/check only though, so be sure to have that.
-Quick service - haircut itself went quickly and so did the wait

Reasonably priced for my son and I. Owner retired last week apparently but the new owner Debbie has been here for 7 years. Quiet little place upstairs. Pleased with our haircuts. New hours too. Attached a photo of them. Google and Yelp have incorrect hours - she's working on getting them updated.
Great customer service! We were in from out of town and my husband went in for a last minute hair cut. We were greeted and treated like old friends. The stylist understood exactly what my husband was requesting and his haircut looks sharp. We highly recommend stopping in! It is extremely affordable and high quality.
