I have been coming here since before they moved salons and they are great very helpful and will squeeze you in if they can. They will try to do the nail design you want. Give Hy Tek Nails a try, you will love em as much as I do.
Had a Shellac French manicure before going on vacation. 4 days later 6 nails peeling! Only got worse....went to Salon immediately after returning showed them said they are not responsible after 1 week.....this was day 9....I explained was in Colorado...unable to return....said will not cover. I was dealing with owner ...who performed service and his wife. Very rude! I will NEVER return....i wish there was a zero star! Beware!
I am writing this for my 80 year old mother. She went in for a service and was told not to talk with the employee but when they didn't understand they were hurting her she asked for help and got kicked out, I deal with the public every day and this is, in my opinion appalling. Just a warning . Would not recommend or go back if they offered free services. Never treat your elderly patrons like this. If this is standard protocol I can't see how anyone would patronize your establishment.
First and last time. The nail tech was nice but a little sloppy. Went home and cleaned off the gel polish that was all over my cuticles to try and make it look a little better. He did fix the side of one of my nails, (when I pointed it out), that had a ridge from the gel polish going down in between my fingernail and skin. No expectations as to how well the polish will stay on my nails. Sadly I won't be going back.
I would give zero stars if I could. This the very worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The gentleman was rough and did a horrible job painting my nails. Left nail polish on my skin. I also left with a bruised toe. Told you his was rough! He didn't speak one word to me at all. When I walked in the lady sitting at one of the chairs just pointed to an open chair. I will never go here again!!!!!
