My opinion of this salon: I have been going to this salon every three weeks for three years. There are three stylists that work there. Unfortunately, while I love my stylist, the other two are almost always sour faced and unpleasant. The majority of clientele that visit this salon are elderly. I assume that is the reason that you must always talk in a very low voice or a whisper. If you talk louder than that - you will literally get yelled at from across the room. If you complain about being yelled at as a customer - you will be told to find another salon. If you try to explain what happened (to the owner) - you will NOT be listened to - you will be cut off, accused of things that you did not do or say (by the owner who was not there), and yelled at again. This all happened to me. A salon experience should be pleasant and relaxing. At Her and Sir, I felt I could cut the tension and stress with a knife. If it wasn't for my stylist, I would have left a long time ago. There are lots of great hair salons. I just found another one that seems perfect. I will review this salon after my appointment. Ps. Because of the unprofessional and rude manner in which I was treated, this salon lost 4 clients from my family, and 4 clients from another family that I had referred to the salon. Word does gets around.
