Hello Gorgeous in Gilroy, CA

I had an appointment with Hayley yesterday afternoon and my hair has never looked better! Had an appointment for a balayage and trim and it came out so good I'm so happy with the result! My hair is naturally really dark brown and there's been a few box dye jobs in there and now it's this reddish brown auburn color and the balayage she threw in there gave it the best dimension of color. Now my hair has all kinds of reds and caramels and slight blonde bits throughout and it looks super firey and healthy and it's just the perfect color for me. And this is the first time really lightening my hair I was pleasantly surprised. Perfect for the season and now I'm all holiday ready thanks to Hayley! She is a sweetheart and miracle worker haha. Very happy customer :)

After a terrible boating accident I began losing my hair due to the stress and medications I was on. Kristen set me up with a proper hair care regime using euphora thickening shampoo and conditioner as well as some leave in spray. It worked. Yet again solving my hair issues. I've been see Kristin for a long time and she's the best in the business. Love her to pieces and she's Totally healed my hair time and time again!

just got home from getting my hair by Alyssa. I love it is purple looks great. She did so much to keep my hair in good condition and to keep my hair from fading. thr shop is very friendly. Everyone is so nice.

Hello gorgeous is a wonderful salon. Love that they really care about their clients and us too create a customer appreciation night. Definitely this is the new salon for my daughter! Thank you to all the ladies for making us feel special.

So after being referred to 3 different salons, I finally find someone who tells me they can do a perm. I make an appointment for January 21st at 9:30AM. I already have a packed schedule as it is so I had to move things around just ensure this appointment two weeks prior. I get there and the only stylist who's working tells me Hailey is out sick and won't be coming in. She also believed the plan was to refer me to someone else. So it would have been nice to at least get a phone call letting my know my appointment was not going to happen right!? I asked if she could call and find out if Hailey was still going to come in today or not. Turns out she is but not until 10! Well my appointment was at 9:30. It's obvious this place has no courtesy whatsoever. I've never gone somewhere with an appointment just to be told that my appointment was worthless. I'm very disappointed in the costumer service of this place. After this post Kristin commented back. I want to be clear, as stated in the review, I never received a phone call nor a message left. If I had, I wouldn't have gone to my scheduled appointment and I also would have refused the referral. After 3 different referrals I would have just opted to do something differently with my hair.
