D&R Lash Nail Brow Studio in Gilroy, CA

This place is walk in only, first come first serve. We were able to walk in and get service right away. My gel French Mani and Pedi were 55 for Pedi and 45 Mani. They also do cash discount 3%. I liked the attention to detail in cleaning the nails. Was so relaxing and I knew I got a good quality clean my feet and toes needed it so much. Message was so nice and relaxing I was falling asleep. The bathrooms were modern and redone in marble looking tile, clean and spacious. They also do waxing will have to try that next time! Would recommend!

This place needs to teach the nail technicians to try and over charge it's customs. A mail full is $45 and this employee tried to charge $60 plus tip. When asked to show their price listing the employee grabs the price menu and said " this is old and outdated!" Well then provide a new updated price list. This employee could t. When asked for a manager, we showed the work for the fill which was done in 30 minutes. The manager agreed and said the price is only $45z The employee was arguing with the manager at this point. So the Bill was paid and the employee lost there tip. Stop being greedy and trying to get RICH off 1 JOB.. you get repeat clients and provide good customer service and the gratuity will follow. What is wrong with customer service these days. I was in FOOD customer service and treated everyone like good family and was blessed with amazing Tips and gifts. This new lazy generations is confused and embarrassing.

If I could give a zero star I would. Some of my friends have gone here and requested it, but I will never go back. I went in to get a full and gel color. No designs or shape change. It was a quick 35 minute fill. I get to the register and the lady tried to charge me 20$ over what the real price was. She argued with me and I asked to see their price menu, she looked at it had her little work friend lie and agree with her that it was "an old one" and that it's not update when she got it from her coworker that had given to the lady she was WORKING ON! I'm obviously a younger adult so they think I am vulnerable. She continued to not let me see the price menu myself so I asked for a manager and the manager told me a price 20$ cheaper than what her worker was trying to charge me. I will never go back here if that's how they want to treat their customers and do sneaky stuff because I look like a teenager. Ridiculous and stingy people. Do not request coming here!!!

The past 3 times that I've been here they were great and nice. But this past time I went in with my sister in law and they were super late. Waited 40 mins in the pedi chair while my water turned cold. It was Chinese new year or something and they even stepped away for like 5 mins to take photos outside while everyone else waited for them. Again. They tried to upsell both of us into a pricier package after we had already asked for what we wanted.

I have never written a Yelp review, if I'm dissatisfied with a service or place I simply don't go back. Gilroy Nails; WORST SERVICE EVER. Long story short went in for pedi and mani (gel pedi, dip mani) paid 165 for both tipped her 20 bucks. 4 days later my nails started lifting. Yes you read that correctly 4 DAYS LATER. Went back showed her my nails, showed her my transaction (how much I paid.) Said she was going to fix it for me not a single apology. Once she finished she said it was going to be $55!!!! Asked to speak to the manager explained everything and she pretty much said it was my nails/cuticle fault even though she remembered me being there for days prior. I was speechless! After sharing my story with a couple of my customers they also shared how much they hate this place. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews before going. Lesson learned!!
