I wouldn't even give this a star if I didn't have to. Never go to a girl named Flora to get your eyebrows done she ruined my eyebrows I even showed her
The only reason it gets a star is because it requires 1 star to review. Sooooooo... usually go to another salon but decided to be adventurous.... should probably have taken up fire eating or knife throwing instead of going into the shaver hut. I have/had a beard and have been growing it for almost two years. My other salon seems to comprehend the term "blend" and cuts accordingly. The shaver hut goes full steam with white wall side burns and eradicates anything living/growing underneath. I now have disconnected beard.... floating on my face.... not connected to anyone or anything... the lone survivor of a lost race. Thought it strange that 90% of the hair styling was done with Ginzu clippers.... is this normal? Did I know the hair stylist in another life? Does she hate beards? Why was nobody smiling? Nothing was said during the hair cut. Also alarming. You would make more money if you smiled and conversed with customers

First time with a New Esthetician, I am very disappointed in her work. She waxed part of my eyebrow off, that I took over two years in growing. She is the new esthetician, Caucasian in her mid 40's. I will not be going there again
Great place to get a hair cut in the mall right over the ice rink. I walked in without an appointment and they squeezed me in. A ninja, who I think may have been the owner, did my hair in less than 22 minutes. That was wash, cut and blow dry. She was amazing.
Do not go here. I went for an upper lip wax. After four applications of wax, a layer of skin was ripped from my upper lip. I returned two different times to speak with an owner or manager. Neither was there either time. I was told I couldn't get my money back. I developed dermatitis. Awful.
