Cali Nails and Spa in Anchorage, AK

I've been here before and they've done an OK job, but this time I went, it was ratchet I got acrylic nails. The lady who took them off, obviously had never taken them off before she used a fake nail to very aggressively rip them off then cut them. It hurt!!! the color that she did Looks like I did nothing to my nails, I think that the service was interesting during the time that I got my nails done and it hurt She was laughing my friend who got her nails done. The middle finger looks ratchet.

So today I came to get my nails done with my mom and it wasn't relaxing .... The start of the service was amazing I got seated, dipped my feet in the water( the water could of been hotter) and got the box of colors to choose for my hands and toes. What I wish I knew was they were going to be doing it at the same time. I was not able to relaxing and take in the enjoyment of my feet because I had to have my body twisted to the side to get my hands done. I couldn't even play with the massage chair like how I wanted because my hands were preoccupied:( though the results were very nice( my big toe could of been more square..like cut throat square) I would not recommend a manipedi because they aren't a separate service they're together and that SUCKED

They charge more than any private nail artist I've gone to and they're dishonest about pricing. Only thing going for them is their location

Altered my tip by $25?! I've been going here for months with decent results but after what happened on Sunday, January 29th, I'm done. The service was 25.00, I tipped $5.00 on the card and $7 in cash because I always like to give a little extra in cash. The final credit card charge just came in at $55.00! They altered my tip line is the only answer for that because I saw the charge was $25.00 to start. Of course I don't have a receipt to prove it so lesson learned for me but don't learn it the hard way yourself. That was blatant fraud.

I Did a wax on Sat.  I left for home and notice the hair they left on my face i paid $45 on sat - so today i went back for them to clean it up- they made pay again.  What a rip off - those people in that shop - plus they are rude talking in there language to each other- and laughing - well you lost a good paying customer!  Stop talking about your customers in foreign language- some one needs to teach them manors in America!  And stop ripping off people.
