Took me as a short notice appointment and greeted me like a long time customer even though this was the first time I'd been there. And of course did a terrific cut in a timely manner.

RUN do not walk away from this business. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I'm upset I have to actually give them a star, really and truly. We have two kids under 3 and I booked a couples massage for my husband and I weeks in advance. They called me back the same day after I scheduled an appointment to let me know they couldn't get us in at 1:45 and that it would have to be 2:00, which no worries at all. I told them that was fine. Come today, 3 hours before our couples massage they call and cancel. They informed me that the therapist got in car accident. that is horrible and I hope that she's okay! But we still had an appointment for weeks? There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting. If you want to make appointments and have Heidi Christine call you to cancel then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!

I have been to Heidi Christian's for over 20 years. My hairdresser either got married or had kids, they move on with their life. So I tried a new hairdresser. I was very happy with Stephanie.

I recently moved to Caledonia and needed a new hair stylist closer to my house... I requested a mid-level stylist and they set me up an appointment with Faith. Faith is adorable, very friendly, professional, sweet, and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I have long blonde hair that was in desperate need of a trim and fresh highlights and she did everything exactly how I wanted, it looks great. I will absolutely ask for her again next time I go in! I pointed out that I loved her curls and she gave me some similar ones to leave with. The pricing was great.. $110 for a partial highlight, cut, blow dry, and style. The salon was nice and expansive, and I love their long counter for color and processing. Highly recommend this salon and Faith based on my experience here!

I'd first like to start off by saying that I have been to the various Heidi Christine locations multiple times... for my wedding, with some of my girlfriends, and now my husband. I've always had such a pleasant experience when I've visited... as the salon and spa areas are very new and clean, the staff are always so kind, the services have been great, and the prices are UNBEATABLE. However, when I went this last time with my husband, he was very unimpressed... :( My massage was great! However, he did not have the same experience. He said his massage was basically like a "glorified rub down". There was no technique used, and there was no work done on the areas of his body that he specifically requested. He told me that I could have given him a better massage than what he got done here. And that saddens me so much... :( I'm not sure if it was a new staff member or not... but my husband was very let down to the point where he wouldn't return. It just appeared like this staff member had no professional training in massage therapy...
