I had a gift certificate from my husband for a massage and mini facial. This was my first time at Head Quarters. The facility was nice. I loved the massage room, heated tables etc. The therapist, while very nice, was quite disappointing. She spent a bit of time going into detail about how well in tune she is with her body and has been this way since childhood and how this has provided her the ability to massage the way she does, how she can stretch out aggravated trigger points... well, the woman was NUTS! Not one single trigger point did this woman "stretch" out on me. I just wanted a massage not be forced to listen to her unjustly, stroke her ego for 20 minutes. I felt no better when I left, from I arrived. If she's so "in tune" she should know to keep her NAILS TRIMMED! Digging nails into your flesh shouldn't be part of the massage.
Hands down worst waste of money ever!! I didn't have the heart to tell my husband. My husband is the greatest.

I have been a frequent client of Headquarters Day Spa and have always had a fantastic experience. I hosted a bridal party today of 8 women for Mani-Pedi's and chair massages. The staff was outstanding, professional and each girl received personal treatment. Their mani-pedi's were perfect and beautiful. A special shout out to Camille, Amber, for their excellence. And to Montez for the most perfect chair massages. Topher organized the entire event Which went flawlessly. The atmosphere was fun and uplifting. Thank you to all who made this day so special.
DO NOT get your nails done here!!! No, I didn't let my 7 year old cousin do my nails...that picture is what I paid $40 for. $40?!?!?! For that???? They looked better before!!! I'M GETTING MARRIED Y'ALL!!! The girl was literally reading from an instruction sheet like she had never done a pedicure in her life! The tub in the chair was gross and dirty. The massager was broken. The floor was DISGUSTING. All in all I'm PISSED I paid for this.

I had an appointment for a massage, facial, and Brazilian Blowout treatment. Upon arrival, they were not ready for my appointment. The massage bed was not heated up. The therapist, while sweet, complained several times about the size of the room and about the lack of wiring for the speakers. As a result, a boom box is used, which stopped during both the facial and massage resulting in the therapist stopping treatment. The room was too small and I was bumped as the therapist moved around. The facial was in the same room. During this treatment, the esthetician said several times she didn't have a magnifying light. She wasn't able to offer extractions or provide any feedback onto my skin. After I was redressed, I walked out for my hair treatment to be told that the salon was shut down and they had to reschedule. The open sign was still on and the staff was in the salon eating when the esthetician brought me in to show me skin products. As the salon is the one who scheduled the timeframe, it was clear my visit was an issue as I was the only one there on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I booked as a first time client since I'm new to Greenville and they were offering a discount. Even with the discount, I would not return.
