Harmony Nails & Spa in Oklahoma City, OK

I love this place! They're very accommodating AND provide amazing service. I'll keep coming back again and again. I'd give six stars if it was allowed.

(Updates, follow-up), the owner is nice, contact me and refund me the service charge, and ask me if can do anything to fix. Thanks  very nice lady ) Ok, it's tough for me to post this. But after two days I got so much painful I now posting. I give them an call reserved, the front desk is nice and responsible, even help me some other parts. I give an little details that I have toes that grow a little inside which need someone who good at cutting ingrow nails. An middle-aged woman served me; she don't looks happy or kind but that's ok, I don't judge people by facial expressions, if can let the work good down, I am good. But when she started to cut my toe nail, i screamed inside my heart. I resisted the pain, thinking that if it hurts a bit, it might be fine after the cut. After she finished one of my foot, I told her it's pain. She did not response any words, the other feet she just cut not that deep as my right feet. But after I walked out the store, I found out both my feet toes began to bleeds, and my right feet pain even walk after 10mins. I go home think if let me feet rest one day I am ok. But now after two days, the feet still bleed and suppurative inflammation, which I post this . Maybe find the right person in the store is important, and I know my case is not that good need more technical or patience, which that day I was not happy( how pain I am ) and not satisfied but I still pay tips 20% nearly, but I hope the owner or manager or this store watch my comment and contact me.

The staff is so friendly and my manicurist totally got the shape I wanted on my toes to perfection. I always ask for round and somehow get rounded square. I got completely round this time! Very happy and would come back

Worst pedicure I've had in a very long time. I communicated several times the technician was hurting me and she didn't care. She cut so much cuticle and then also the sides of my toenails that my feet don't even look like mine. I left with hard calluses still on my feet and polish already coming off 5 hours after the appointment.  Won't be back.

I have been going to Harmony nails for ten years - when it was the original owners. They were great then sold to their brother-in-law and his wife and they were equally great - everyone I ever had over several years - 5 stars for the past 10 years.
Today, I went and learned that the second/middle owners sold to their niece in April.
The niece has raised prices and the deluxe pedicure was not only more expensive, BUT FAR less quality. It was shorter, rushed, the polish has already rubbed off after 4 hours. The girl (new employee, not anyone who has worked there through the years) was strange about me picking an OPI off the spinner and insisted on me giving her a number from the gel books even though I was ordering regular polish instead of gel. I think they dilute and weaken the polish to make last longer which I know some salons do. The polish already rubbed off and it already wasn't the color that I ordered at all - I knew that while there but wasn't impressed with the girl so was ready to leave.
I might try to give one more try but unsure bc I'm not happy about this experience after so many years.
