I've had great experience with Jackie until my recent visit. I asked for long layers and face framing pieces. I ended up with a very uneven, unblended haircut. My layers don't match up and the top layer is cut asymmetrically with the shortest layer towards the back of my head. Disappointed :(
Been a consistent customer for over 15 years. Great friendly service with consistent quality on cuts and coloring. Probably the best salon value in town. For guys looking for a quick trim, the stylists are levels above SuperCuts or any of those similar chain salons...at a smaller price tag. Be sure to bring cash for payment. Also remember that Luxury Hair Design is not open on Tuesdays.
Jackie has been my hairstylist since 1998. The first time she cut my hair, I was so impressed because she did what I really wanted. So from then on, I always think of her every time I have my hair done. Every month, without fail, I have to go to her salon to have my hair fixed. I love the way she treats me and most of all, I like the way she does my hair. She's amazing, nice, and a super hairstylist.
Jackie is the best!!! She always cuts my hair perfectly. Even after moving to California for over 10 years, I still get my haircut with her when I come visit. She is great and I highly recommend her. She has a great memory and can cut anyone's hair. She isn't pushy and doesn't gossip. She even recognized me and I have not been back in 4 years.
