Horrible customer service. Had appointments for 3 pedicures, waited an hour to be serviced and had cold water by the time it was our turns, then she had the nerve to act annoyed when I wanted hot water for my pedicure.
I am relatively new to the world of getting my nails done~I'd say just over the past year or so. I have been to many salons and different practitioners. Jerry at Happy Nails has been and is my favorite. Not just because she does amazing work (the pictures of my nails will speak for her quality) but also because she is a genuine and sweet spirit to chat with and talk about many different things. I feel quite comfortable with her skill set - so much so that I usually will give her a color or an idea and then she comes up with the rest. All the work she has done has been by her own hand. The only reason I didn't want to give her such a good review is I'm spoiled by her availability!! I highly recommend her - take a look at my nails and decide for yourself!
Recently moved to the area and tried a few places before finding Happy Nails! My search is over!! Jerry and Sally are the best and superceded my expectations!
Went there with my daughter. My daughter did gel manicure and I just wanna do classic mani, The lady yelled at me next time you come here you have to do gel!! But ...I personally don't like gel. After finished my nails... I asked her if I can just sit beside my daughter while I am waiting the nails dry out? The lady yelled me so lout NO!!!! That why I told you you have to do gel so can dry out quickly and you can go!!! You need to sit here 30 minutes!!!! ... so terrified.
I've had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! I love it! I will definitely be back. They did such a great job on my mani, pedi, and eyebrow waxing! The #4 Pedicure Spa was incredible!
