Worst experience in the salon department. I'm not one to complain normally, or publicly. But in this case it needs to be know. Especially when you reach out to store management and they never return your phone call. Very disappointing.

Aaron is AMAZING! If you are searching for a truly talented and capable artist to create color depth and dimension in your hair, please go see him! His schedule fills up fast, but I promise he will be worth the wait. Most recently, I wanted to dye my hair a little darker for fall and add some softer, more lighter natural brown dimensions. Aaron immediately knew what I meant and was able to paint a few lighter pieces to frame my face beautifully. He was able to straighten my extremely curly hair only using a brush then added some gorgeous waves. My hair was so smooth, soft, and frizz-free. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. He is a master at his trade and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have spent at least 600 dollars in this salon the one time alone was 350 to be completely dissatisfied each time the last time she took 6 hours to do my hair no price was discussed prior so to hear 350 dolllars for a lower end hair stylist was crazy I'm pretty sure I can go somewhere and they massage my hands offer me drinks and get treated like royalty for that price .

Always clean and open space. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to answer any questions you may have. The shelves are always well stocked and nicely displayed. This location is very nice!

The staff here is always great but I've had so many run ins with short tempered management. Very snippy and unhelpful. I went in to get matched for a foundation since I just got my prestige coupon and the girl that helped me was very nice and got me a great match with smashbox but the color was sold out. She told me they were getting shipment the next day and that if I came in that afternoon it should be on the shelf. Well I went back and it wasn't, another girl told me they were doing inventory, apologized and said it would be out tomorrow. So I went to the cashier and asked if she could hold the eyeshadow palette I was going to buy with my foundation since I could only use my coupon once and the foundation wasn't inboxed yet. She was very nice and told me it would probably not be an issue, they hold stuff for 24 hours all the time but she just had to check with her manager. So she calls for a manager who reluctantly walks over and snappily tells me they can only hold it for 24 hrs again to which I reply "I know, I'll be back tomorrow I just can't buy it right now because I'd like to use my coupon on more than one item" well she got even more short with me and explained there were "tons" of that palette in the back and there was no need to hold anything. She was so snippy with me and the poor cashier I'm considering not using my 20% off coupon just so I don't have to go back. Bad experience.
