Happy Nails in Hazelwood, MO

After getting off work the only thing you want to do is relax.  After entering Happy Nails on Howdershell Rd the owner was watching something on her cell phone.  I said" hello" and didn't receive a response.  So I walked over to her table to repeat myself, again no response.  I told her how rude she was, but refused to act ignorant with her.  My granddaughter was there for a mani/pedi and as soon as she sat in the chair, the owner told her don't mess up your hands because I don't have time to do them over.  I kindly told her to take her hand off my granddaughters and I took her hand to leave.  My granddaughter is 8 yes old.  First time going to the nail shop.  DON'T PATRONAGE THIS PLACE.  DON'T GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY.  DON'T DESERVE AFRICAN AMERICANS MONEY.

Where do I start!.. I went to Happy Nails on Howdershell only because it's down the street from my house. I stop going because they were so crowded and then Sara left. To Make a long story short. The elderly lady I believe is there mom she was so so so so nice but they seem to be so mean to her (own mother sad) ! I got there at 6 because it was storming outside, ok y'all close at 7. I walk through the door Tina was finishing up one and had one waiting so the elderly lady did my pedicure. So I asked about a design on my nails. So Tina was like no design we don't do them anymore! I was like when did u stop? She stated a long time. And I was like how y'all don't them anymore and keep customers, i was looking thru there book and saw that they do still do designs for $5 a nail. So one of the customers whispered she does still do them she's lying. So I was like how y'all don't do nails designs but it's says it right here in this book. I was like so do I need to go down the street to Sara and Tina was like yes!.. do y'all know this BITCH was SERIOUS about not doing my design she grabbed her daughter put her coat on and left. Tina is a MEAN EVIL BITCH AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK I Don't GIVE A DAMN HOW CLOSE THEY ARE! Damn why u gotta LIE U COULD HAVE just said your tired and don't want to do it!..I hate a petty liar! fucking HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it wasn't for their mom her ass would have gotten no stars!

Have been going to this place for awhile now. Love the service and end look of my nails ! I  get a pedi and fill in every time. They do not rush on you! Always go during the week though. I was hesitant because of reviews but honestly it's all good, we're all human, sometimes there's mistakes made.

I read the reviews and decided to go anyway. Bad idea. It should be called Sad Nails. I left prior to being serviced.

First time here. Nails were done yesterday. Unorganized 2 and half hours and my nails are a mess. This polish is suppose to be one color. He filed the side if my nails after he did them.
