Dora African Hair Braiding in Madison in Middleton, WI

Dora, Messed up my daughter's hair and charged 220.00 to do her hair, and when I arrived she was doing an African girls. The African girll's hair braids were clean looking and not FAT (at the TOP and SKINNY) at the bottom like my daughther's! She try to BLAME it on a the style, then on the picture, and then she said the girl (African girl was paying her 300.00) as though my money 220.00 DIDNT MATTER! When I called her on the phone she started YELLING (she didn't do this before while I was at the shop and I told her she needed to make it RIGHT (giving us a discount or redoing the POOR WORK she did then she claimed that she didn't work for the money (LOL!).! But she REFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO CORRECT the PROBLEM! SHE WORKS FOR YOUR HARD EARN MONEY LIKE ITS NOTHING AND WONT CARE IF YOU LIKE IT WHEN SHE'S DONE!!!!!! SHE WIIL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR WILL BE LOOKING LIKE JACK THE RIPPER and SHE WONT CARE!!!!! I WAS WONDERING WHY ALL THE CAMERAS OUTSIDE HER DOOR and in the house! She would have to worry about problems at her house if she treated people RIGHT!!!

Doras A.H.B braided my hair too tight! and after 3 months I took my braids out! I lost a lot of hair with every braid I took down nevertheless my hair was still intact and pretty thick... I think its because I have very thick hair to begin with and I had also gone natural so my hair was very strong, if it would have been someone else that was going in with relaxed hair that was brittal I think most of their hair would have been gone, I had to remove all the braids from the front of my hair line 2 inches back in the first month just to save my hairline! so if you're going to get your hair done at Dora's make sure you request for her not to do the braids tight...the only positive things were that the style looked great the Braids were all even and she didn't charge me a lot. I also got a lot of compliments on how my hair looked and when I took my braids out my hair had grown 4 inches... I don't think I will go back to get my hair done by Doras A.H.B only because I didn't feel like it was necessary for her to braid my hair too tight and when I told her that I had done it before and I wasn't in pain for 2 weeks after getting it braided by another person she didn't seem like she wanted to take responsibility for her part in doing my braids to tight.

I Love Dora, Totally Awsome! The overall quality of service is great..Fast and excellent customer service, She also is very attentive to make sure that your edges are not being damage from the braids..I highly recommend Dora African Hair Braiding to all.
