I was disappointed with my first visit here. I went in for a pedicure and signed in, then sat for an hour. That didn't bother me what did was they took someone who arrived after me first. Guess they do not want my business even though I mentioned. My back hurts from the lack of cushion in their seats.
Tried to make an appointment an hour before I had shown up. The owner said just to walk-in. My sister and I have been waiting for almost an hour to get our nails done. It was not even busy! Three people were working on pedicures while one person was doing manicures. Not too happy about any of this.
I've never had my nails done in pittsburg before but i could not be happier! staff was super friendly and was very attentive my nails have never looked or felt better!!!
I have been to this salon several time for different types of manicures, pedicures and nail treatments. The service is great and its generally busy evenings, but usually quiet and relaxing place to treat yourself without a lot of chaos. The owners are very personable and genuine locals. I enjoy supporting this business, and I'm picky... and they pay attention to the details every time. Always leave there feeling happy and refreshed! Plus their prices are very good, too.
I was kind of nervous to go here because the reviews weren't that great. But I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick (about 45-50 minutes total) which was awesome because I came in between classes. They were kind of rough on my cuticle but not unbearable. Other than that they look pretty good!
