Never will I ever go there again, there was a cockroach crawling on the floor and it was not worth the price. When costumer would walk in they would stop doing yours go do the customers, then stop doing theirs and come back to you for a little bit, then go back to the customer and do theirs. It was crazy. The supplies were gross and you could tell haven't been cleaned for awhile. My friend put on lotion there and it expired in 2017. I understand it's a college town and life is busy but I will just make the trip to Joplin next time.

I just posted about today's experience about no appts. I see I forgot to post about last months experience when my BF AND I actually got pedicures.

$120 for 2 pedicures with tip.

It was very rushed, they used super fragrant products that I believe were purely cosmetic, not therapeutic. Both our feet were still very rough after the $50 callous removing pedicure. My heel was very tough and his toe nails were rough enough to snag the covers.

My polish had been thinned or something. It was streaky after 2 coats and the gal didn't want to do a third coat. Seemed to be on a time limit.

We won't be back. The pedicure gals were ok but management was rude. $120 for 2 pedicures with tip.

They are so rude! They suck at business I came In a hour and half before they closed and they only had 2 people in there and told me they didn't have enough time to just do some nails! And while they just had a working sitting there on their phone! And soon as I walked in the lady just stared at me so I had to ask for what I wanted! Never will I go there again!

Beware of this business and their CASH ONLY policy, conveniently also have a CARDTRONICS purchased ATM in front of their doors. I used the ATM to withdrawal cash, it was declined by the machine but the Transaction was processed and funds were taken from my bank account. I've spent hours trying to get this resolved and been given the runaround by salon & this ATM company with BBB C- rating. Lesson learned and I'm making others aware.

As for the actual young man Shawn, he did an excellent job with pedi service. I'm questioning the honesty of the the ownership of this establishment.

I popped in there for a quick shellac manicure. I went in the evening on a weekday around 6:00 so it was pretty busy. There was a 45 minute wait. Because the salon is located in the mall I happily spent that time browsing the stores. Once it was my turn I chose my color (there are a ton of options!) and we began. Abby was very friendly and did an excellent job. I will be back!
