Walked in a couple of weeks ago for an appointment, wasn't greeted by any of the hair stylists and just simply ignored as I waited patiently for app. 15 minutes. I ended up walking out. They didn't want my business, obviously, which is fine.
Very nice staff. They were able to schedule me on same day I walked in. Reasonable pricing for all services. I am definitely going back and would recommend.
I went to The Hair Port for the first time the other day. Fina cut my hair. I was super nervous having someone new cut my hair being from out of town. I love the cut!! She was really friendly and really was knowledgeable. She put me at ease right away. I would recommend this shop judging from my experience.
My daughter and I both had appointments with Rosanna. She did an awesome job on both of our hair. She and the other ladies had a continuous schedule of clients coming in but they were very quick and efficient so no one was sitting around waiting long after check in to get in a chair. Very nice ladies in there. They cut hair for men, women, and children.
HORRIBLE SERVICE . I called to make an appointment, got there 5 minutes early and waited - no one greeted me, no one asked for my name, just stared at me.. I WAITED 30 MINUTES and nothing . They greeted people after me and just ignored me as I waited there- helped people after me so I thought maybe my lady wasn't ready.. after wasting 30 minutes I left and said that's the worst service I have ever experience. I have never experienced such bad service before definitely will never try this place again..
