I've been coming here for years. And today has been the worst haircut I've ever gotten from this place. The lady was quick, unprofessional, and didn't do what I asked at all. My long hair which I STRICTLY ASKED TO NOT BE SHORTENED. WAS CUT MORE THAN HALF WAY. This particular lady did not want to see my vision and only went with what she thought. I'm very disappointed and sad to say this'll be my last time here ever. You have lost a lifetime client today. I rate it two atleast because I did get SOME good haircuts from here.
My dad got a haircut here yesterday, and he is LIVID. It looks like a two year old cut his hair WITH a blindfold on! It is the worst haircut that we have ever seen. She butchered his hair. Stay away from this place! He had to go to a barber to get it repaired.
I had a 4:45 appointment made for a Friday afternoon for a simple wash and cut. I will admit, I was no more than 2 minutes late due to rush hour traffic which I should have taken into account. However, upon walking in the hairstylist who I now know to be Joyce Gamble mumbled to the man she took instead of me "well, I guess she showed up after all" and proceeded to spend the next 40 minutes ignoring me. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting to be checked in. I sat for an additional 30 minutes while two others were taken before me without so much as a smile in my direction from the stylist. This experience does not even deserve the single star. The level of service here is abysmal to say the very least. Then again, that's my own fault for expecting a stylist to speak to me at all. I will not be returning to this location and will be sure to tell people of my incredibly horrendous experience.
