Ended up here when my usual nail salon was packed so we Went in for shellac manicure and needed to have previous gel manicure polish removed first. The Guy nail tech wrapped them and let them soaked for ~15 secs then proceeded to scrape it off my nail aggressively damaging them. I stopped him half way through and told him he was damaging my nails and he couldn't understand why I not happy. If a nail tech doesn't understand as basic of a thing as how to remove gel polish then they need to get more training. Needless to say I got up and walked away. The owner (I think) offered to fix them when she was done with her client (my friend) and remove the gels on the other hand. I let her remove the rest of the gels and she kept saying "next time just tell us what we are doing wrong" (which I did) and that made me not want to get the "fix it" manicure after that since I took that as her trying to give an excuse to why he didn't know something so basic. Next time I just wait an hour at my usual salon. I will give the owner some props as my friends French manicure looks good.

I come here a lot and it is always a relaxing experience! The nails are usually pretty great. I've only ever had a problem once but I came back and they fixed it for me no charge!

My worse customer service experience by far! The lady owner is extremely rude. I walked in on Sunday and asked for my regular nail tech Trang who's a very sweet lady. This woman told me that I knew that Trang did not work on Sundays, I replied that I did not know and that if I had I would not have asked. She started to speak in her language to other workers which I find very rude because we live in America and she owns a business here so she can speak English! She started to wrap my nails in foil and looked upset, she did such a good job that one fell off in which I told her, well that woman gave me a dirty look and told me to sit there. I do not tolerate to be treated poorly especially if I'm paying for services. I walked out. She lost a customer and earned this review! Good bye!!
