My family and I used to go to this place for years, but after a while decided to try new places. A few times now whenever a member of the family goes here the owner will say she's booked all day when one, the place is constantly empty, and two at the moment we go in there's no one waiting/in her chair. Kind of immature to hold a grudge on paying customers.
