I have been going here for my laser treatments for about three years now. I had to cancel my last appointment, and I tried to call multiple times in the days before the appointment, was not able to get ahold of anybody.... Finally got ahold of somebody the day of my appointment to cancel, and they failed to tell me that I would be charged the full price for the late cancel. I showed up to my next appointment ( I drive 45 minutes) and the technician tells me that I'm gonna be charged double for today's appointment and the canceled appointment. This is ridiculous since not only did I try and call and nobody answered, but I wasn't told this over the phone, most places charge a 20% late cancel fee, charging for the entire appointment is absolutely insane. And the new girl I've been seeing is very rude.

I'm an African American women and decided to try out electrolysis and after my first treatment my skin seems fine! I'll be sure to update you after 6 months to see how things are going but Debbie was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I won't lie this is painful but the end result should be worth it! The spa was very cute and clean too!!

It was okay I guess, unrushed but I was not impressed. Very light pressure considering I described deep knots in my back. ...and thanks for letting me know 95% of you customers are beautiful women, I'm glad I could make us both uncomfortable right before the massage. ...thanks bro
