AJ's color skill is phenomenal. Her business ethic and interpersonal skills are so much better than so many stylists of this area. Timely responses, proper hours, and prices are perfectly on point. Many in the area charge for what they can not deliver but she has delivered above and beyond each time I've come! The salon is well kept and a gorgeous style with the light pink walls and gold accents to make the black standard salon chair room look so much more stylish.

Took my boyfriend here for a hair cut, ladies were all very nice and the stylist did a great job! We were laughing with her the whole time, very friendly staff and discount for Bradley students!

I asked her to tone the red tones out of my light blonde hair and she dyed it dark brown...not sure how that happens but I'd forsure get any coloring done at a different salon. Nice lady but not experienced

Worst hair place ever. First off, the hours on their website are false. I found myself calling to book an appointment on multiple occasions but was sent to voice mail multiple times even though their shop website clearly states they open at 10am. When I finally got in contact with someone they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. When finally getting an appointment, I came in and asked for a relaxer. The next day after, I found a scar in the back of my head that had not been there before. I've had roughly about 10 relaxers in my life and that had never happened to me before. After finding the scar I went back to the shop the next day and asked how it happened and how to take care of it. I was treated with disrespect and told that it was my fault and that I couldn't get a refund. Never going back there again. They are such a rude place. Do yourself a favor and take your money else where.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm today (Monday, September 19). I received two emails confirming this appointment. I showed up at 2:25 pm, Monday, September 19. Nobody was there. The door was locked, shades were drawn, open sign and loghts were off. I checked my messages to make sure I had the correct time and date, and sure enough I did. I waited until 2:40 pm, ten minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I then left. Needless to say, I am less than impressed.
