I have gone to this shop all summer. Will not go back after today. In the middle of getting my manicure, the technician said she had to start working on the person, who came in and hour after I was there. I'd had a pedicure and was just getting my cuticles cut and nails buffed. Probably 5-10 minutes to go. She didn't apologize, explain why she was stopping in the middle of my service, to begin working on someone else's nails . I started packing up to go, told her I had an appointment. She came back to finish cutting my cuticles, but said still would need to go back to the other customer, before completing my service. I paid and tipped for incomplete service, because had already given her a check. I will never go back.
Freddy has been doing my acrylic nails for the past two times and I absolutely love him and the way he does my nails! They look natural, he takes his time, and really pays attention to detail. The atmosphere is amazing and so friendly, definitely recommend!
Got me in last minute for a pedicure. I'd been working and on my feet all day and a pedicure seemed so inviting. And it was awesome! Freddie gave me not only a nice polish job but a foot and leg massage that felt sooooooo good. Very professional people and also very friendly. Absolutely recommended!
Best place in town for a neat manicure and pedicure pedicure. Their service is excellent, very accommodating and super clean!
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with this salon. I went based off of yelp reviews ,but, was a bit thrown off when I found the place. It is located in an older building and the salon lacks some of the updates of nail salons that may have opened this year. However, the service is impeccable. They prefer appointments, take the time needed to do your nails, and they do a great job while they're at it. This is a family run business and they have a way of making you feel like a part of the family while you're there. I got a shellac manicure and it lasted for about 3 weeks. That's better than some of the salons I've visited in Chicago and Texas. My only call out would be that they only accept cash and they are a bit higher for a no chip manicure than I'm used to. However, if I'm ever in the area again, I will surely go back. Totally worth a try.
