I had a terrible experience. I'm getting ready to celebrate my birthday so I wanted to get my hair dyed to look my best.

When I got there I showed her a photo of what I wanted (photo 1)cold read color. My hair is now a bright orange color (photo 2) and I'm going to have to dye it myself to fix what she did. So I've wasted $120 bucks to look like a pumpkin.

When she was done I told here that this was not the color I wanted or the color she had agreed to but was casually dismissed with a "don't worry. It will get more red as it dries."  This is not the color that I want and I am very disappointed.
Definitely I wouldn't recommend it!

If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars, I would. I couldn't get to my original hair stylist and needed a haircut. I called ahead of time asking if there was someone there that can fade good. She (Lisa) told me to come in. She didn't look like she knew how to do a fade. She didn't communicate with me on how I normally get it cut. She turned me around away from the mirror and went straight in with the clippers. She turned my hair into a buzz cut. She left lines, dips, and spots of hair. She tried to ask someone else if they could blend my hair. She didn't know how to either. And told me that they don't normally do these type of cuts. It's a fade. Either you can or you can't do it. She didn't admit that she didn't know how to fade until after she hacked up my hair. She had the nerve to ask how fast does my hair grow. And the other one had the nerve to say "it's just hair, it will grow back." I almost started crying on the spot. My hair is something I take pride in. I get compliments on my hair. So it's not just hair. She had the nerve to charge me. Would not discount. I understood at that moment why she rushed to do it as if she was desperate to take my money. This is not the type of person who should ever touch hair. That's not how you treat clients and think that hair is nothing. Your job is to make people look and feel good. Not purposely make them look and feel bad and say oh well. This is not for anyone who has any style or edginess to them. If you want to pay for someone who do not know what they're doing, and will take your money for it, then by all means, go there or to her.
