Chelsea needs a new course in cosmetology. She would not wash my hair even though I told her it was dirty. I only cut hair dry. I should have run at that point. I asked her to layer the top and just nip the ends. Well, she did a chop job cutting my hair in back and took more than an inch in the front, all of which is uneven. I should have been suspicious when she backed up to the wall so not only I could not see what she was doing neither could the other hair dressers. I lost most of my hair in January and it had taken me 10 months to grow it back and in one hour, she destroyed. I don't know about the others but Chelsey should work in the meat industry.
I do not recommend this salon! My hair was so damaged when i left! Chrisital put bleach on my hair and left me under a drier for 30-35 minutes. She would not own up to her mistake which even made my experience more devastating!
I was in town to help care for my dying brother-in-law and found myself a terrible mess when he died and unprepared for his funeral. I called HEW and reached Monica, who, though she doesn't normally work on Tuesday's, accommodated me at the last minute. The color and cut I received are beyond reproach, I've been complimented everywhere on both. I was and am beyond delighted! Thanks Monica for everything!!
