Have no idea how the stylists perform ... Tried to call and got a voice mail but no message indicating a business. After several attempts finally got a actual person but could not go any further due to the person's inability to communicate in English. I respect the ability to speak more than one languages but choose not to support a business that doesn't feel it necessary to speak English.

I normally don't like to give businesses a bad comment only because I know they need to bring that paper home. However, first impressions are very important to me and I hope that this comment helps the next patron avoid the terrible business practice of this establishment. First, when I called the number listed on their website and yelp. A cellular number. I did not leave a message only because the voicemail response did not state that this was the business. After double checking the telephone #, I realized I dialed the correct telephone number. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Still, desperate for just a simple haircut. Went to the establishment straight after work. Right before Christmas. Bad idea! I think that because I did not look like a million bucks. HELLO... NEEDING A HAIRCUT HERE! I was treated very poorly. Did not even get passed the very cluttered reception desk. If that is what you call it! Please keep in mind I just got off work. I'm a female commercial driver. I was very polite and gave them a big enthusiastic hello. I asked the stylist by the left hand chair. Aww... Do you have time.... Did not even finish what I wanted to say and was told flat out NO. Then not knowing that I spoke Spanish, she asked the gentleman co worker to hurry up and turn off the open sign. Even though I got there an hour before they closed and again... I just needed a simple haircut. To make matters worse, the hair stylist slammed a business card inside my hand as I was leaving and asked me to call after the holidays. I'm not kidding. She really did. This place smelled bad and looked dark and horrible. Nothing fancy and professional about this place like they portray on their website. So save yourself the hardship and GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

I visited yesterday when I took my grand mother for a hair cut and style and loved the salon and Itania, the hair stylist! The salon was very clean and organized and she left my grandma looking gorgeous and 10 years younger! I will definitely be scheduling an appointment for myself soon! This salon is located in Grand Prairie right off Pioneer Pkwy and 161.
