Gabe took me by the hand and assured me that every bad haircut that I have ever endured has come to a stop.  That was 2 or 3 years ago. I love them. Great cuts, even when I call last minute, they always squeeze me in. Give them a try, I'm glad I did

I love my hair stylist, Gabe. She absolutely knows what she is doing and helped fix the color and texture of my previously over-colored hair. Eunice, who is at the front desk, is great, too-always pleasant and professional-in terms of scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders.

Came here because I got a groupon and my stylist, Essence, was so nice and friendly and so understanding when I had to take a very important phone call. I love the hair cut she gave me and the deep conditioning treatment and I will definitely be coming back!!

My husband and I went there to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary.   We got manicures and pedicures.   Arecelli did my husbands nails, She did an excellent job.   Essence did my nails,  she did a nice job too.  We will be coming back.

I am writing this review in regards to the services that my mother received from this awful establishment. I bought my mother a gift for a Spa Manicure and Pedicure from Groupon for this place, after reading done good reviews, and the prices that seemed reasonable. This is where the story begins, first they charged my mother an additional $10.00 to remove her old nail polish, and halfway through the process after they removed my mother's acrylic nails, she noticed that they were not replacing them with new ones. She asked the girl, and the friendly girl said, owe we don't use fake nails here, we are an organic place, and only use the real nails. At that point, my mother wss already heart sick, but allowed the girl to finish what she started. As soon as they noticed thaT a client has acrylic nails and they know that they don't do them, they should have advised my mother immediately. The next day and for the several following days, her new nails continued to chip and crack. She has been to many nail salons over the years, but this one baffl the cake. She said it was the worst job she has ever had done. She now hha to go and pay another place to put on new acrylic nails and have it done all over again. The owner of this Salon is only concerned about making money, and not at all about quality work and quality customer service, the two most important aspects in business. Buy the way they are closed on Sundays and Monday, so we went on Tuesday instead to find out that they are closed on Tuesday as well unless you have an appointment. We decided to go again on Wednesday, of course they could not see my mother without an appointment, we made one for later that day at 4:00 p.m., this is now our third trip driving 45 minutes back and forth from Pennsylvania to Delaware. While I was waiting for my mother to receive the service a lady came in with a Groupon as we did, she wanted to have her nails done, but the owner said to her, do you have an appointment, she replied no. By the expression on her face I could tell she was not very happy, not was I. She made an appointment, and the owner asked her if she had a Groupon, knowing and judging the person, which was wrong, saved the cliebt said yes I do have a Groupon. Personally I believe the owner is very prejudice and judgmental, because why would you assume that because of the appearance of a persons looks, that they would be using a Groupon. This should've been something that the customer would tell them, not the other way around. After watching this ridiculous experience, the owner then said to this new customer, I'll take your Groupon now, and get it it out the way, the customer wasn't even getting her nails done got a couple of days. The owner only cares about getting her money, and she should not asking people for payment out for a Groupon payment until after the services are performed. Finally, I called them the times and left messages for the owner to call me back to resolve this matter, but each time I called, a different person answered saying, she was busy, she had hinge for the day, and she is not in today. Obviously, she was avoiding me. She doesn't have to worry about this anymore, now everyone will know to never, ever go to this place for any services whatsoever. Have a Blessed Day...
