While I've used other Hair Cuttery locations, this was my first visit to this particular salon. I made an appointment online for a shampoo, conditioner, cut, and style ($37, before tip, April, 2023) appointment for two days later with "any stylist." The appointment was estimated to take 45 minutes. I'm very pleased with the experience I had at this Hair Cuttery. My stylist was Michelle, and she was clearly an expert at her craft. I'm not a particularly fussy customer, but I did show the stylist a few photos,of hair styles that I like. She then proceeded to shampooing, conditioning, cutting, and styling my hair (blow drying with a round brush). I love the final cut/style, and it was perfectly in line with the photos that I had shown her. A few extra points. 1. The appointment was "efficient". I was seen a little before my appointment time, and the entire appointment took only about 35 minutes. 2. While the Hair Cuttery offers many other services (color, eyebrows-shaping) and products (shampoos, gels, etc.), I greatly appreciate that the stylist didn't try to up-sell additional services or products. The price at the register was what was expected based on prices posted on their website. 3. Walk-in appointments are available at this location BUT clients are strongly encouraged to make an online appointment as the salon is under-staffed and most of the stylists already have near fully-booked calendars.
Professional job, friendly service. Reasonable pricing. What more could you want. Christina was very customer-focused, and I would highly recommend.
