Their hours and location fit my needs perfectly. I got a mani/pedi. I made an appointment and they took me right in. They asked if I wanted my toe nails clipped. I said yes, he did my right foot but not my left. I had to tell them no gel at least 4 times. He took a personal call while doing my manicure. There was a 2.50 charge for using a card instead of cash. He was pretty rough during my pedicure and seemed like he was in a hurry. The massage chairs didn't have an option for the seat just the back. The salon was clean.
I barely walked through the door by the time a nice gentleman was already welcoming me in, I went in for a fill and will definitely be back! The man who did my nails took his time, did my cuticles with an actual cutter rather than just using the drill. Overall fair pricing and great customer service. I got rounded nails which are usually never all even and for once they are alll even. Highly recommend!
I have been to this location a couple of times and the service is adequate, however I went on Sunday with my daughter and the technician doing my pedicure scalded me with a hot stone, she wasn't paying attention.
This was my first visit to Grace Nails & Day Spa and I am so thrilled with my nails! There are many places that can do a full set of acrylic nails and make them look ok but it takes an artist to do a flawless fill. And that's what Tina did! She took time to look at my nails, asked me about length, shape and asked me, after each one, if the shape was good. She was so pleasant to be with and has a gentle touch. Along with the relaxing music and cleanliness of the place, I will defiantly be returning. I saw nothing but smiles on all of the customers too!
I loved my pedicure took there time got to relax and enjoy the salon. Nice clean and great service
