I was excited to try Hair Centric after reading all the great reviews. Unfortunately, my hair cut experience here was quite traumatic. I left the salon in tears looking like Edna from the Incredibles.
I had asked to get my bangs trim to frame my face and to have my ends cut to add more movement. My bangs came out so blunt, it was embarrassing. I wanted cute soft face framing bangs. This was far from that. My hair stylist, Suki, spent the majority of the time blow drying my hair under high heat and using hot styling tools. I felt like my hair was getting fried. If the hair cut was great, it can stand for itself without so much heat. They tried unsuccessfully fixing my hair. I ended up going to a different salon to fix my hair.
After this experience, I will never step foot in Hair Centric again and do not recommend this place. The salon environment was casual and also felt too quiet for a Saturday.

I came here a few days ago with my sister and received the best hair service I've ever gotten. I have Asian hair that can be difficult to work with for other hair stylists, but the woman who did my hair did phenomenal! I couldn't catch her name but she was Vietnamese :) she held a comfortable conversation with me and made sure to ask for consent before doing anything to my hair. She explained everything that she was doing and how to take care of my hair. When she asked how much length I wanted off, I showed her and she nailed it, didn't cut off any more than I wanted. In the end, my hair cut was so beautiful and I felt prettier and more confident after!
My son (age 5) loves coming here. It is the only place we take him for a haircut because they are all really patient and great with kids.
Top notch stylist! Been going here for 3 years now and always receive an excellent hair cut. The staff are super friendly and know how to cut hair. Highly recommended!
