I have been going to Shawna for over 4 years. I would never let anyone other than her or Jay cut my hair. I am that annoying guest that will cancel, be late or not know what I want to do with my hair. They are always super understanding with me and always know what to do to my hair. I forever get compliments on my short hair and I love it and I love them.

Update: heard back from the salon the next afternoon. They apologized for the late notice for my cancelled appointment and the communication delays. I'm less annoyed by the whole situation. When you're a two person operation and one of you is taken sick, it's a legitimate reason to close shop for the day.

Pros: My aesthetician has amazing hair. It's thick and healthy and always looks amazing. Recently, she posted a photo of a new hair color and credited this salon. I just had to go here because she is my hair aspiration.
Cons: First, I tried to book an appointment via FaceBook. They never ever responded. So I got their number from my aesthetician. I texted them and they texted back the next day. They didn't have any appointments the following week, but were able to fit me in two weeks later. On the day of my appointment, 1.5 hours before I was to arrive, they canceled due to an "emergency." They offered the reschedule and I responded that I was available any time that day or the next day. Never heard back. Finally, I just texted them that I was able to find a more convenient appointment at a salon near my home. Never heard back from them. Disappointing.
Basically, if it were up to me, they would get no stars for the lackluster customer service. However, I have seen their work (my aesthetician's hair) and I can see they probably do good work. Also, my aesthetician tells me they are a very small operation; husband and wife duo. Hate slamming a local business on Yelp. So I gave them a mediocre rating.
