The last time I visited this salon, I received decent service. Today I walked in, they put me in a chair, and I waited ONE HOUR and was never given any service. Never again!
First time going there and I was very very disappointed. Most likely will never go back. I've had numerous pedi's in the past and never felt dirty or gritty when I got home like I did with this place. The whole experience was disappointing considering they charge more than others. I hated my polish. It was lumpy and uneven, so I removed the polish and repolished my nails myself. My usual place was closed for vacation that's why I ended up there. Never again!

Came here after going to an apt on the north shore for the holidays , me and my nail tech friend came . We were very pleased , they have a manager who runs the desk and escorts everyone to their chair and she seems very organized . They have a lot of colors to choose from as well . Tvs , it's a very nice place , not sure if they take walk ins as we made Apts
Unfortunately, can't say this is a 5-star experience anymore. I moved out of town, but when I've come home to visit over the last 2 years, I've made an appointment at H2K and each time it's steadily become a totally lackluster experience. Enough now that I won't be returning after today. My pedicure was really just getting my nails painted, unless you count touching my calves for a 15 seconds the "massage". My nails are cut down to the stubs, there's gel on my skin and cuticles on both my toes and hands and I'm bleeding from two toes.
Also, I currently live in the Bay Area of California and I spend less at the salon there for the same service and the experience is wonderful even when just getting a basic gel mani/pedi. $88 for annoyance, and honestly it's 2022 and I can get that for free.
