Madelyn Nail Spa in Covington, LA

I'm still sitting here and can't wait to come back for my next pedicure! Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing pedicure.

First off, they were not very friendly when you walk in. They just ask you to sign in and what you want. I had one of the male techs who did not speak to me, and did not even do my cuticles for the service. It was funny he didn't even ask me to wash my hands. The place is clean, but the personality of the owners is a complete zero. My tech disappeared, and I decided to just get up, pay and leave. All of a sudden he ran from his hiding place to the front to get his tip. I will not be coming back.

I walked into Madelyn Nail Spa for tips & dip on a Sunday afternoon . This is THE CLEANEST, most relaxing nail salon I've ever visited. The atmosphere was very pleasant & music was perfect for the decor! TVs were playing a mix of shows, but all sound was off for the soundtrack.

I was immediately seated w/ Amy, who's THE SWEETEST, most patient nail tech. She looked at pics on my phone & worked w/ me to find the color that matched the photos. Amy was fast, efficient & made sure every contour was flawless. I walked out overjoyed to have found my new nail person/place  for an incredible price! I'm excited to go back for a pedi! Madelyn definitely feels like a relaxing nail spa w/out being pretentious.

This is my new nail salon! Not only did I receive great customer service with a glass of wine but my nails and pedi looks great! It was also extremely clean and relaxing. The massage chairs almost put me to sleep! Go and ask for Peter!

The nail salon is aesthetically pleasing when you walk in. We were asked to sign in, which is a sign up for your phone number (not a fan of phone number sign ups). We did not make an appointment, but we were helped within 5 minutes. I was handed a pedicure book to choose from (there was only 1 book, so my mom had to wait). The man fulfilling my service did a great job and gave me some feet care tips. My pedicure was great, the chair gave an excellent massage, and I enjoyed my jelly pedicure. My manicure was beautiful done (they should incorporate manicure options like the pedicure options). My mother did not enjoy her pedicure she mentioned the woman walked away several times to fulfill other task (check out guest and do lashes). She chose the deluxe pedicure and did not feel she received a deluxe pedicure experience. Additionally, the check out was not a smooth process as the woman did not know what services we received and was very flustered. Overall the place is nice and it's a new spa so they have a few kinks to work out.
