My mani/pedi was amazing. Lovely family and very gracious. I love my nails.
I would say stay far away from this salon. I visited this salon two weeks ago. I got dip nails and was told to get a tip. 3 days later, the tips came off. I paid $50 dollars for the service. I called the store and told the manager and she told me to come back. I went back the day after I called and asked for them to redo my natural nails, and the nail tech insisted that I get dip on them. I thought that due to their error in the first set that it was going to be discounted or even free.. but boy, was I wrong ... they charged me $40. That's not even the worst part. When I went to wash my hands, i noticed it. My fingers were bleeding. The nail tech never said sorry. Just put alcohol and started dipping my hand in the color. Six of my my ten fingers are terrible pain 5 days later and have been bleeding since I left. I have been wearing bandaids since I left the nail shop. So, getting my nails done was pointless. I have wasted $150 total in this shop this month. I'm done with this shop! Let's hope my fingers heal soon.

This will be the last day that Sunshine Nails gets another penny of my hard earned money. Today was the second time they took someone else before me after I had been waiting first. They acknowledged that I'd been waiting first and still failed to asked the other customer to wait. Instead, I was told, "it will be just one more minute." I waited for 10 before getting up to leave. The polish job on my toes was subpar. Even after speaking to the manager, he failed to apologize. My mother and I frequent this salon every 2 weeks. Before, I've had issues with nail services but tried my best to overlook it. NEVER AGAIN. If you are not a "certain type" of customer, they do not value you. I will go where my money is appreciated. Also, there is a sign on the door that says customers must wear a mask; however, it is not enforced smh.
